We are in-network with Major Health Insurances, have low-fee self-pay options for those who are uninsured or choose not to use their insurance for care, have compassionate NYC Psychiatric Providers to choose from who actively listens to your story, are easy to engage with and who see you as an individual with unique life experiences. Elevate Medical treats patients of all age demographics from children ages 5+, adolescents, young and mature adults.

Elevate Medical has been a Certified SPRAVATO Treatment Center for the care of those with Treatment Resistant Depression and Suicidal Thoughts since September 2022. SPRAVATO is one-half the molecule of Ketamine that is an affordable option as it is covered by many health insurance payers. Our staff will work with you to assist in getting you approved for treatment for those who qualify.

Mind Medical is a New York City based Healing Space for Trauma and Consciousness Expansion currently offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to get answers to your intentions met from within yourself as you are the medicine. It is also a space for community while healing to nurture self-love through the alternative ways of healing (i.e. yoga, meditation, sound journeys, and breath work, workshops) and through the arts with music, dance, poetry, a visual creations.

We also look forward to becoming a MAPS-trained MDMA Therapy Center in the coming years once the medicine becomes FDA-Approved.
