About Us

I am not your typical lawyer. I do not just work to live, but rather live and thrive while I work. I accomplish this through authenticity in all that I do; nurturing genuine relationships with my clients; enthusiastically tackling challenges with creativity; and giving purpose to each clients’ passion: their ideas, their products, their clients, and their businesses.

My combined legal experience, firm and in-house, and real world work experience over the past eighteen years led to my practical, outcome-oriented approach to lawyering.

From the consumer-vendor facing front lines of luxury retail with Louis Vuitton and Dolce & Gabbana to the legal departments of LVMH and Calvin Klein, I gained insight into running a successful company and enhanced my business acumen. My time on the competitive women’s designer sales floor at Barneys New York, diplomatically navigating relationships, polished my strong interpersonal and customer service skills, which I employ in my practice.

During nearly four years in a small firm environment, I handled matters from start to finish, and most of my client communication was in French. As an unabashed fan of contract drafting and a self-proclaimed “redline enthusiast,” I truly enjoy preparing, advising on, and negotiating agreements tailored to address my clients’ needs. I approach intellectual property rights with a similar zeal—whether it is clearance of a trademark, maintenance of a global portfolio, or assistance in the creation and implementation of a strategic brand enforcement program.
