• Women Panel Discussions

The Women Panel Discussions are curated panel discussions aimed to increase awareness and build thought leadership. The goal of the panel discussions is to showcase the economic power of high caliber women, minority professionals, and business owners.

We discuss ways women are challenged and succeed in building their careers and growing their businesses. The panel topics vary to ensure the inclusive activation of the female voice in business.

The panel discussions are moderated by Ingrid Galvez, Diversity & Inclusion Committee Chair, nglccNY, who discusses the impact of the female intersectionality on the individuals professional & business journey. As well as how more women can be inclusive leaders and role models in changing the conversation to include all female voices.
