NGLCCNY 2026 Summit Expo and Market
The NGLCCNY 2026 Summit: Our Economic Impact will bring together LGBTQ+ and allied business owners, corporate professionals, municipal agencies, nonprofit leaders, community partners, and institutional stakeholders for a full day of connection, visibility, and economic engagement.
As part of the Summit experience, NGLCCNY will host an Expo Hall and Retail Marketplace designed to help organizations and businesses showcase their work, meet attendees, build relationships, and contribute to the visibility of New York’s LGBTQ+ and allied economy.
The NGLCCNY 2026 Summit is built around the economic presence, enterprise capacity, and civic impact of New York’s LGBTQ+ and allied business community.
By participating in the Expo Hall or Retail Marketplace, your organization can:
- Showcase your company, services, programs, products, or community impact
- Connect directly with business owners, corporate professionals, public-sector representatives, nonprofit leaders, and community stakeholders
- Build visibility within Metro New York’s LGBTQ+ and allied business ecosystem
- Support a Summit designed to elevate supplier opportunity, business development, and cross-sector collaboration
Expo Hall
The Expo Hall is open to businesses, municipal agencies, corporations, nonprofits, and community partners interested in tabling at the Summit.
This is an opportunity to introduce attendees to your company, agency, organization, services, solutions, programs, procurement opportunities, community initiatives, and measurable impact. Whether you are a business seeking new relationships, a public agency sharing resources, a nonprofit connecting with the community, or a corporation engaging suppliers and stakeholders, the Expo Hall is designed to create meaningful visibility and direct engagement.
Expo Hall participants may share materials, speak with attendees, build new relationships, and participate in the broader Summit environment centered on economic opportunity, supplier visibility, and community impact.
Retail Market
For businesses that sell physical retail products, NGLCCNY will offer a separate Retail Marketplace through registration.
The Retail Marketplace gives product-based businesses the opportunity to bring approved merchandise for sale during the Summit. This is intended for businesses with tangible goods that can be displayed and sold directly to attendees.
Products may not contain alcohol, illicit substances, or materials of a sexually prurient nature. NGLCCNY reserves the right to review marketplace participation for appropriateness, compliance, space limitations, and alignment with the Summit environment.
Table Setup and Logistics
Each approved Expo Hall or Retail Marketplace registration includes:
One standard rectangular table
Two chairs maximum
Electricity is not provided. Participants should plan accordingly and bring only materials, displays, and products that can be accommodated within their assigned table space.
Participants are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, staffing, display materials, product handling, payment processing, and compliance with applicable laws or regulations related to their materials, services, or sales.
Registration and Availability
Expo Hall and Retail Marketplace registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority placement and access reserved for Summit sponsors where applicable.
Space is limited. Registration does not guarantee approval if capacity has been reached or if the proposed tabling activity is not aligned with the Summit format, space requirements, or participation guidelines.
Cost to Participate
Opportunities to table in either the Expo Hall or Retail Marketplace are made available at no cost to participants through the support of NGLCCNY’s fiscal sponsors.
This support allows NGLCCNY to keep visibility, access, and business engagement available to a broad range of LGBTQ+ and allied businesses, nonprofits, agencies, and institutional partners participating in the Summit.
